In his current capacity, Rabih is spearheading pre-opening preparations, overseeing the dedicated team, and ensuring the successful launch of Kuwait’s inaugural Vignette Collection property in the first quarter of 2024.
Rabih Al Atrash brings a wealth of experience in hotel management, renowned for his proficiency in team development, cost management, revenue optimization, and achieving exceptional guest satisfaction scores. His strategic insight, coupled with a proven track record of implementing effective initiatives, maximizing revenue, and establishing comprehensive training programs, positions him as an invaluable asset. Rabih’s people-centric approach consistently fosters successful team achievements, and his extensive industry network is a testament to his contributions.
With over 25 years of commercial and operational expertise in the hospitality sector across the UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, and Kuwait, Rabih has held pivotal leadership roles in various functional areas. Prior to his role at Arabella Beach Hotel – Kuwait, Vignette Collection, he served as the General Manager at The Palms Beach Hotel and Spa Kuwait and held the position of Executive Assistant Manager at various Rotana Hotels in Bahrain, Qatar, and Kuwait.
Scheduled to open later this quarter, Arabella Beach Hotel, Kuwait, Vignette Collection is centrally located in Kuwait City, offering a serene seaside retreat with panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf.
