Sajid Salim Patel appointed as the Executive Chef of Sheraton Grand Bangalore at Brigade Gateway 


Sheraton Grand Bangalore Hotel at Brigade Gateway is pleased to announce the appointment of Sajid Salim Patel as the new Executive Chef. Boasting over 14 years of extensive experience in the hospitality industry, Chef Sajid brings a wealth of culinary expertise and innovation to our esteemed property.

A graduate holding a bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Tourism Management Studies, along with a postgraduate diploma in Kitchen Management (OCLD), Chef Sajid commenced his illustrious career in 2008. His professional journey includes valuable stints at renowned hotels such as Trident Bandra Kurla, Mumbai (The Oberoi Group), JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar, and Courtyard and Fairfield by Marriott Bengaluru Outer Ring Road.

Before joining Sheraton Grand Bangalore Hotel at Brigade Gateway, Chef Sajid served as the Executive Chef at Courtyard and Fairfield by Marriott Bengaluru Outer Ring Road.

His noteworthy achievements include receiving the Best Cafe Award in 2016, the Best Sunday Brunch Award in 2017 by Easy Diner Foodie, and being honored as the Most Admired Chef in 2022 by the World Leadership Congress Awards. Additionally, he clinched a Bronze Medal at the Great Indian Culinary Challenge, Mumbai. Chef Sajid was also recognized and honored by IHC London & IIHM as the Hospitality Personality for his exemplary contributions at Courtyard and Fairfield Outer Ring Road.
