Khushboo has been elevated to the role of Assistant Director of Human Resources at Courtyard by Marriott Ahmedabad (Ramdevnagar). In her previous role as HR Manager, she demonstrated a strong commitment to Marriott International’s values, culture, and consistently went above & beyond to support our employees. She has been a valuable asset to our team and has played a significant role in shaping our HR practices.
She has a rich experience of 12 years having worked with finest hotel groups that are Marriott, Oberoi, RHG & IHCL groups where she was heading Human Resources in her last three assignments.
She has always demonstrated a strong commitment to driving organizational effectiveness and building people strategy. Khushboo has received several accolades in her Marriott tenure which includes “Rookie of the Year- 2021” by Marriott APEC HR Awards and International Hospitality Day Award by IIHM and International Hospitality Council London – 2022.
In her free time she loves to travel, drive and has a passion for off-roading.
