Shaped as a heart, it truly depicts what love would be like in the form of food. Bite into a divine caramelised puff pastry with lots of fresh strawberries, almond frangipani cream and little profiteroles. Adding a twist to the sweetness is the subtle salted caramel that makes this pudding a sure shot winner. Up next is rendition of everyone’s favourite red velvet called Berry Red Velvet. With distinct layers of red velvet sponge, Chantilly cream cheese and a mix berry confit, it is balanced with a vanilla crunch for that perfect sinful bite.
