Neha hails from a prolific career of 17 years with hospitality rich experience in the Rooms division but her hospitality interest varies widely. Recognized for her sharp business acumen, people-oriented management style, intuitive leadership and attention to detail, Neha’s pre-opening experience with an in-depth knowledge in positioning luxury brands, sets her apart.
Neha has a diverse experience in flagship hotels across India inculcating an intrinsic knowledge of the intricacies of varied cultures. Her tryst with hospitality started with some prestigious brands like Hyatt International, Taj hotels, JW Marriott, Oberoi and Four seasons. Her last role was at Four Seasons Hotel in Bengaluru where during pre-opening she was included in launching and positioning the hotel. Her dynamism, dedication complemented with a hands on approach and strategic acumen has resulted in exceptional guest experience along with enthusiastic and high performing team. When you finally have the opportunity for a dream to come true it’s easy to stay excited. She is thrilled to be coming back to Marriott after a break and is driven to work towards her dream role.
Neha believes that people are our key assets and achieved the “Team of the Quarter” award from the CEO Mr. Vikram Oberoi for a team she led at Trident Gurgaon. With her continuous focus on all-round excellence and unparalleled levels of service, Neha was also recognized as Director of Rooms – in Luxury to Upper scale at the Hotelier India Awards, 2017.
A result driven individual, Neha follows a pragmatic approach to problem resolution attributing success not only to hard work but also to meaningful collaborations with team members and peers. In her new role, she looks forward to adding value to all operational departments to drive the hotel’s continued success and reputation to the next level, with an endeavor to continue aligning the team towards operational excellence and elevated guest experiences, while identifying new revenue streams for the hotel. She believes that last couple of years has brought resilience, agility and innovation and she is all focused to use it in her current role as a Hotel manager.
