Kolkata, November, 2022: JW Marriott Kolkata is all set to bring Master Chef Osama Jalali for the food connoisseurs of the city to delve into the lost heirloom recipes of Delhi Sultanate. Witness Chef Osama unravel hidden culinary treasures of bygone era from 25th of November to 4th December 2022.

Osama Jalali is a well-known seasoned food-writer, researcher, consultant and a celebrity master chef. The renowned Chef was born and brought up in the bylanes of Old Delhi and his passion for food began at an early age. In his childhood days he witnessed his mother cooking meals using aromatic and rich ingredients at their home. It’s his zeal that has helped him to successfully review more than 2000 restaurants and carefully craft regional Indian cuisine.

Chef Osama Jalali has received nominations and awards in a variety of categories, including, ‘Chef of the Year by Food and Nightlife’, ‘Chef of the Year, 2021 by Spritiz Magazine and Awards. Apart from being honored by the prestigious awards, he has been on the jury to select the Chef of the Year by a prominent forum, Indian Culinary Forum for 2 years. He has also researched thoroughly about regional Indian cuisines and is writing 4 books on the subject.
