Hard rock cafe® kolkata launches an all new menu comprising classic favourites infused with traditional flavours

Kolkata, India, September 2022 – Universally recognized as one of the best known global brands, the first Hard Rock Cafe® opened on June 14, 1971, at the iconic Hyde Park in London under the ownership of Isaac Tigrett and Peter Morton who bonded over their mutual love for good music, burgers and milkshakes. What followed was a massive success and a trail of cafes booming with rock music and a devoted crowd. Hard Rock Cafe® celebrated its 50th anniversary last year.

Located inside a 103 year-old heritage building in the heart of the city, Hard Rock Cafe® Kolkata is a Park Street institution. Popular for its classic American cuisine, the all new menu at Hard Rock Cafe® boasts of an extensive selection of dishes with a touch of traditional flavours. Adding some rock and roll to this famous upscale thoroughfare, the new menu curated by Head Chef, Cyrus Irani, comprises a plethora of dishes inspired by different cuisines all over the world that has been specially crafted with local tastes in mind. The brand has introduced an extensive offering of 26 new dishes and a few cocktails to the menu after 3 long years.  

To enhance the dining experience Hard Rock Cafe®‘s delectable line-up of new offerings includes Mezze Platter, Red Hot Chilli Fries, Kasundi Bhetki Fish, Char-Grilled Quesadilla, Surf & Turf Burger, South Of The Border Cottage Cheese Bowl, Asian Noodle Bowl, Chicken Enchilada, Cuban Slider, Swiss Mushroom Burger, Double Decker Aloo Tikki Burger, Herb Grilled Chicken, Penne Taco Bowl and Chingri Macher Curry, among many others. The artfully created concoctions include, Hurricane, Classic Caribbean Mojito, Blackberry Sparkling Sangria, Bahama Mama along with Southern Rock, Tropical Margarita, Rhythm & Rose Mule, Espresso Martini and many more.
