MASTERS OF MARRIOTT BONVOY BRINGS CONCEPT INDIAN EATERY, THE CROSSING, TO KOLKATA

Kolkata –Masters of Marriott Bonvoy comes back to Kolkata with the second edition of the hotel’s initiative to showcase and celebrate culinary excellence in the world of food and beverage. The collaboration brings Dubai-based renowned restaurant, THE CROSSING. The restaurant which opened in 2022, serves Indian food for the twenty-first century with a unique amalgamation of global cooking techniques and ingredients with Indian flavours and traditions. Ranked as the #22 Restaurant in Asia by Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants for 2022, the menu takes, patrons, on an adventurous culinary journey while appeasing conventional palates. After a very successful event with the Indian Accent in September, the culinary affair with legendary Chef Sunil Datt Rai (Head of Gastronomy – LemonButter, the parent company of The Crossing) would mark the fourth instalment of Masters of Marriott Bonvoy for the year.

While in Kolkata, Chef Sunil will be curating his signature dishes inspired by a more offbeat side with food from the Rajput kitchens, hidden gems from North East India, and simple yet robust recipes from India’s massive coastline. The guests would be offered these cuisines at three exclusively hosted meals on 14th (Dinner), 15th (Dinner) and 16th of October (Lunch) at the JW Marriott Kolkata.
