A seasoned hotelier, he brings with him 15 years of rich and diverse experience in kitchen cleanliness & hygiene, inventory management and managing large teams across several well-established brands in India. With his strong management and leadership skills, Rakesh will be responsible for total maintenance and sanitation in all food production & service areas and adhere to local regulations concerning health, safety, and other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures.
Rakesh started his career as a Kitchen Helper with Trident Kochi and further associated with Vivanta By Taj Kochi, Zuri Kumarakom, Hilton Trivandrum with a consistent growth in his career for various assignments. His last assignment prior joining with Crowne Plaza Kochi was with Le Meridien Kochi as Kitchen Stewarding Manager.
Rakesh is very passionate for sports and his favorite games are football, Tug of War, Short put and Cricket.
