Chef Shahnawaz Qureshi and Courtyard Hebbal’s Indian master chef Sirajuddin at Nazaara have come together to make this food festival one to remember. It promises an incredible lineup of dishes and desserts that are bound to rekindle your palate.

Chef Shahnawaz is from the fourth generation of QURESHI’S family and the recipes he learned from them are family jewels, which were used by ancestors while serving the Nawabs. His unique 200 years old cooking techniques is what makes the cuisine truly different.

In this 14-day food festival, patrons can indulge in some authentic,sumptuous signature dishes such as Kohe-e-awad, a lamb curry made with khus ki jaad & paan ki jaad that are locally sourced; Murgh Baradari is his signature chicken curry made with cubeba cheeni masala, which is prepared by his brother & grandfather; Zaitooni Kofta Anari is his vegetarian signature mains, the key ingredient is Super Negin Saffron which is sourced from Fatehpur Sikri a region in Awadh, which gives a mesmerizing Flavor to the dish. Naan-E-Zaatar is his signature bread which is cooked in a clay pot oven, Zaatar is the main ingredient blended with earthy & subtle citrus undertones & a hint of nuttiness with thyme, toasted sesame seeds, sumac & a dash of Oregano.
