Pankaj Mishra has been appointed as Director of Finance at Novotel Pune. Pankaj brings over 18 years of deep understanding and command over financial planning and analysis, financial control, taxation, and budgeting. Spearheading the hotel’s business strategy, he will continue to evolve innovative finance structures and mentor the team towards success.

Pankaj holds a degree in MBA (Finance) from JNU India, M.Com from L.N.M.U of Bihar also he is pursuing MBA – Dual specialization (Leadership and strategic Management + Applied Finance) from NMIMS and Harvard Business School. Formerly the Financial Controller at Grand Mercure Gandhinagar Gift City, Pankaj oversaw the operations control and risk assessments of the company.
Some of his noteworthy accomplishments include being nominated for best Accor Financial controller in India three years in a row (2017,2018 & 2019)’
When he is not working, Pankaj loves spending time in the company of books as he is an avid reader. He is also a thorough family man and tries to spend most of his free time with his family.
