#Discover Korea Food Festival is now in Delhi at Honk, Pullman Aerocity

With Hallyu wave touching the hearts of Indian fans, the demand for Korean entertainment, food and beauty is on the rise in India. To tap this new set of audience, Korea Tourism Organization and Pullman Novotel have joined in association with Travel Dine hands to curate a special Korean food experience called the #Discover Korea Food Festival @ Honk, Pullman New Delhi Aerocity.

Starting from 11th April 2022 the festival will continue till 11th May 2022. The Chef Neeraj Tyagi the culinary Director of Pullman Hotel has teamed up with Chef Jiyeol Kim, a Korean Chef and K-food expert from the Embassy of Republic of Korea for an extravagant Korean menu. Food lovers in Delhi will have the opportunity to taste authentic cuisine without having to travel thousands of miles to its country of origin.

Signatures include Kimichi Jigae soup, Kimbap, Korean Fried chicken, Bul – Dak, Tteok – Bokki to name a few. There are enough options to make the tummies of both vegetarians and non-vegetarians happy. A menu filled Korean ingredients with rice, noodles,​ vegetables, meats, and​ tofu​ is sure to delight your tastebuds.

This collaboration is a part of the travel re-opening promotion plan of Korea Tourism Organization, as they prepare for the destination to re-open very soon. As part of its mega event Let’s Go Korea Travel. KTO is planning to encourage luxury customers to try Korea and its food & culture in India and finally purchase the special travel plan and be ready to travel to Korea in 2022. Starting from 1st April 2022, South Korea will welcome visitors who have completed their COVID-19 vaccinations will be exempt from mandatory quarantine. With the rise in Korea awareness in India especially through Korean entertainment world of K-Pop and K-Drama, KTO expects a rise in demand for travel to Korea by Indian outbound travellers in year 2022.

Talking about the collaboration Mr. Y.G. We aim to take South Korea to different regions in India through #Discover Korea food festival and Honk will be our first platform to connect with Indian audience.”
