Pamini Hemaprabha appointed as Director of Services at the Peninsula London

The Peninsula Hotels continue to expand The Peninsula London pre-opening team, They were delighted to announce the appointment of Pamini Hemaprabha, as the Director of Services (Back of House and Housekeeping operations)

She is a seasoned hotelier with 19 years of International experience in luxury hotels worldwide. Pamini has worked in more than 6 countries including India, UAE, Qatar, Myanmar, Ruwanda, Austria & Egypt. She is also the author of “SAY NO” book aimed at women empowerment. She is a seasoned expert in housekeeping as a profession who has been an active international speaker.

Prior to this role she was working as a Complex Executive Housekeeper with Marriott Hotels in Dubai. Pamini possess exemplary ability to lead her team through emotional intelligence especially during these pandemic times. Since business levels are very unprecedented, she proved her ability to generate revenue through any possible window in her previous role. 

Pamini also featured 6th rank on Hoteliers Web – Power 25 Housekeepers 2020 edition.

She once shared with us that “Housekeeping is no longer just a division but a force to reckon with in coming days. During the pandemic we have been the most important department who has stolen the entire limelight in ensuring we march from good to best to ensure best hygienic facilities are provided to our guests and staff. The vision to become the most professional division which attracts talents, retains them, nurtures them and rewards them life never before in the history of hospitality. Housekeeping will not become choice but an inspiration for many to opt as their field of interest in career making.”
