An alumni of IHM Hyderabad, started his journey in 2008 with Hyatt regency Mumbai, worked with Leela place new Delhi, Park Hyatt Chennai, JW Marriott Chandigarh and his last assignment was with JW Marriott Bengaluru, Chef Debashis has efficiently handled diverse range of operations entailing kitchen functions, costing, budgeting, food promotions, training and recruitment and thereby raising the standard of kitchen operation.
