In her new role Ashley will be the Human Resources Business Partner to the Regional General Manager, providing functional support to the hotels in Singapore and Malaysia on top of her current role as the Director of Human Resources in InterContinental Singapore Robertson Quay.
Asley joined the IHG Hotels & Resorts back in Nov 2020, as has been providing functional support to the following 7 hotels on top of her current role as the Director of Human Resources in InterContinental Singapore Robertson Quay. She supported Holiday Inn Singapore Orchard City Centre, Hotel Indigo Singapore Katong & Holiday Inn Express Singapore Katong, Holiday Inn Express Singapore Clarke Quay, Holiday Inn Express Singapore Serangoon, Holiday Inn Resort Batam & Holiday Inn Singapore Little India in her portfolio.
She began her 25 years carrer journey back in 1998. She worked through the roles in major hotel chains in her career – namely Conrad Hilton, Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, Swissotel & Marriott International.
