Alyanna Samodio appointed as Sous Chef at Hilton The Palm.
Prior to taking on this role with Hilton, She was the Junior Sous Chef at Marriott Harbour & Suites in Dubai Marina since December 2018.
Through her career she gathered experience from JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai, Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts & Madinat Jumeirah. She began her career in Dubai as a Intern at Madinat Jumeirah in 2011.
Having a strong customer service orientation and delivery focus with an active commitment to continuous improvement and quality standards. A highly energetic individual who is able to bring a positive attitude to any environment she is working in.
