Islam Allam appointed as Director of Rooms Operations at The St. Regis Almasa Cairo at Marriott International!
Islam comes with over two decades of well rounded experience in hotel industry. He began his career with the IHG hotels & resorts in food and beverage department and moved to front office department in the year 2000. He grew up the ladder in front office through some stunning properties of IHG, Accor, Dusit & Kempinski Hotels.
Prior to moving on to his new role, Islam was the Acting Hotel Manager for Le Méridien Pyramids Hotel & Spa in its Property investment plan phase.
Islam joined the Marriott middle East scene in 2016 as a Front Office Manager at Westin Cairo Golf Resort & Spa and further moving to Le Méridien Pyramids Hotel & Spa as a assistant director of rooms in 2019.
He stands for Environmental, Health & Human Right causes.
Islam Allam is experienced in Rooms Operations, functioning as the strategic business leader of the property’s Rooms department. Responsible for planning, developing, implementing and evaluating the quality of property’s rooms. Islam would be working with his direct reports to develop and implement departmental strategies and ensures implementation of the brand service strategy and brand initiatives in his new role.
