The St Regis Doha announced that Chef Sudqi Naddaf has joined The St Regis Doha properties as Multi-Property Executive Chef.
Chef Sudqi brings with him many years of culinary excellence and experties and he will be leading the culinary team at The St Regis Doha and The Residences at St Regis Marsa Arabia Island.
Prior to joining this role he was the Executive Chef at Kempinski Mall of Emirates hotel. Sudqi Naddaf comes with over 24 years of culinary experience in the middle East.
Chef Sudqi spend over 15 years with Kempinski Hotels. He’s been with the Kempinski Mall of the Emirates in Dubai, his fifth property, for six years.
The Executive Chef is an evangelist of great service, unforgettable menus and perfectly staged artistic settings.
Named the Champion for Middle East and Africa for “Kempinski The Spa Cuisine” and a popular TV celebrity back home in Jordan – where he hosted and dispensed cooking tips on the call-in cooking show ‘Baity’, Chef Naddaf is a well-recognised authority in his field.
His TV background and broad understanding of the F&B landscape also makes him a savvy marketer.
We join the St Regis Doha team in welcoming Chef Sudqi to his new role.
