Renaissance Bengaluru Race Course Hotel has appointed Zibraan Kazi as the Rooms Division Manager. With over 13 years of experience in guest relations and hospitality industry, Kazi’s expertise lies in managing and coordinating complete room operations. He oversees planning, developing, implementing and evaluating the quality of the hotel’s rooms.
In his new role, Kazi will work towards improving guest satisfaction by ensuring Rooms Division meet brand’s standards, targeting customer needs, focus on growing revenues and to maximise the financial performance of the department. A hardworking disciplinarian, he has excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
He has worked with leading hotel brands such as Taj Lands’ End Mumbai, Shangri-La Hotels & Resort Mumbai,St. Regis Hotel, Mumbai. Prior to joining Renaissance Bengaluru Race Course Hotel, he was associated with Grand Mercure Accor, Bengaluru since Oct 2019 in the capacity of Front Office Manager, where he also was in charge of Housekeeping Operations, SPA & Fitness Centre.
