The next world’s tallest hotel is opening in Dubai in 2024. The Ciel hotel will reach 365 metres high, beating Dubai’s former record holder Gevora Hotel by nine metres. The Ciel hotel is now more than halfway built in terms of its construction, with 52 out of 82 floors completed.
Ciel, which will be the world’s tallest hotel upon completion, is well on track to meet its scheduled completion date in the fourth quarter of 2023, with the grand opening scheduled for the first half of 2024.
The 365-metre tall skyscraper is being built by The First Group’s chief development partner, China Railway Construction Corporation (CRCC).
When completed, Ciel will house over 1,000 guestrooms and suites. F&B venues include an all-day dining venue on the 13th floor, a Sunset Lounge on the 74th floor, a rooftop infinity pool and Horizon Bar on the 76th floor and Ciel Observatory & Lounge on the 82nd floor, with 360-degree views of Dubai. A luxury spa and health club will be located on the building’s 54th floor, offering impressive Marina views.
