Chef Maninder Singh Sabharwal is Executive Chef at Hyatt Ahmedabad 

Chef Maninder Singh Sabharwal has joined the force at Hyatt Ahmedabad as the Executive Chef. He brings with him 18 years of experience after has worked with brands like The Leela, Starwood, Marriott, Wyndham and Radisson. Originally from Chandigarh, he is an alumnus of IHM Jaipur. His last assignment was with Hyatt Centric Janakpuri as the Head Chef.

Chef Maninder said, “I have a passion for food and the fusion of flavors and have an avid involvement with the food artists to deliver a memorable culinary experience, thus always looking to ‘Raise the bar’. I am absolutely thrilled to explore the food trends of the city and understand the people’s taste palette better.” He believes the true essence of culinary art lies in the experience and not just the food. Commenting on his appointment, Abhishek Sahai, General Manager, Hyatt Ahmedabad said, “Ahmedabad is very versatile and nuanced when it comes to food preferences.
