A seasoned hotelier, he brings with him 13 years of rich and diverse experience in food & beverage operations and managing large teams across several well-established brands in India. With his strong management and leadership skills, Pranav will be responsible for enhancing all aspects of F&B dining experience, integrating innovative F&B trends and operational excellence in entire F&B division. Pranav started his career in food & beverage with the Vivanta by TAJ Bangalore and further associated with The Leela Palace New Delhi, Radisson Blu Jaipur, Hyatt Regency Ludhiana for different assignments. His last assignment prior joining with Crowne Plaza Kochi was with Andaz Delhi as Director of Restaurants and Beverage Operations.
