Utsah Sehgal has been appointed as the new Director of Operations of Kochi Marriott Hotel. An experienced hospitality professional, he brings with him 13 years of experience in leadership and managing large teams across several properties of Marriott.
An alumnus of IMI, Switzerland, with his management skills, he will lead us to identify new avenues for a profitable business with expertise in developing and following up on the service standards and operational services.
Before his current role, he was the Director of rooms for Renaissance Hotel Bangalore. He headed the entire operations of the hotel and managed over a large number of associates, executives, and managers.
Sehgal began his journey with Courtyard by Marriott, Pune, as a Front Office Associate. He has worked with esteemed Marriott brands in India such as Bangalore Marriott Hotel, JW Marriott Hotel Aerocity, New Delhi and Bangalore Marriott Hotel, Whitefield. He is a front-runner motivator, delivering value-added customer service and attaining customer satisfaction as per requirements.
