Mourad, a French Algerian national, brings over 17 years of experience in hospitality to Novotel Adagio Abu Dhabi Al Bustan. He holds a bachelors degree in Hospitality Management from the Institut Vatel in France.
He started his career with Accor in South East Asia, with a wealth of experience from Sofitel, Novotel Mercure brands in Thailand, Cambodia, and Myanmar. His last role was General Manager of Mercure Bangkok Makkasan, in Thailand.
He takes on this new role prepared by his previous experiences that developed a multicultural mindset that he applies daily with his guests his team members.
His love for hospitality stems from the new adventure every day brings. Flexibility, open-mindedness, and curiosity are key to him. He is most excited to discover Abu Dhabi, the United Arab Emirates, and get to know his new team, as he believes they are the ones behind the success of the hotels.
