Milaidhoo Island Maldives elevates Ahmed Naseem as  Executive Assistant Manager

Milaidhoo Island Maldives has appointed Ahmed ‘Beyya’ Naseem as Executive Assistant Manager.

He joined Milaidhoo in 2019 as a Front Office Manager from Vakkaru Maldives where he had been serving in a similar capacity.

Naseem brings over 20 years of experience working with the most valued hospitality brands in the Maldives and in Middle East. From humble beginnings as a waiter at Kurumba Maldives at the age of 17 years, he went onto work in the food and beverage department of Paradise Island Resort & Spa, Sun Island Resort & Spa, Bandos Maldives, Soneva Fushi, Huvafen Fushi Maldives, and W Maldives.

His first stint in front office operations came in 2008 with an opportunity to join the pre-opening team at Six Senses Zighy Bay in Oman. From then on, Naseem served as a butler at Soneva Fushi before joining Anantara Kihavah Villas where he climbed up the ranks to become an Assistant Villa Host Manager and Villa Host Manager. Naseem was also offered the opportunity to join Anantara al Jabal al Akhdar in Oman as a Villa Operations Manager. Naseem returned to the Maldives in 2017, joining Kanuhura Maldives as a Villa Manager and was later promoted as the Front Office Manager. He moved to Vakkaru Maldives in 2018. He then joined Milaidhoo in 2019 as a Front Office Manager.
