Dogan will be fully responsible for all food and beverage operations of the hotel, including the all-day dining restaurant Spice Garden, the true taste of Italy EVOO, The Green Lounge at the lobby, the specialty cocktail spot The Bar and the summer season outlet Club on Five, as well as Catering and Events Operation. With his extensive experience, he will lead the food and beverage service team to deliver the best dining experience for our guests and enhance the guest satisfaction.
Dogan possesses over 12 years of experience in the food and beverage department of five-star hotels, including JW Marriott Istanbul Bosphorus, Marti Istanbul Hotel and Gezi Hotel Bosphorus Istanbul, Turkey. He worked as General Manager at Take a Seat Restaurant where he achieved the company’s expectations and was passionate towards reaching excellence in every aspect. He is a hands on director and a true leader who believes in creating empowered teams. Dogan is a passionate traveler who loves to explore local cuisines, culture and history. Fluent in English and German, Dogan started to study Tourism and Hospitality Management at Hotel Institute Montreux and completed a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel, Tourism and Restaurant Administration at the University of South Carolina.
