Novotel Mumbai Juhu Beach has announced the appointment of Ayush Kapoor as Director of Revenue and Distribution. An alumnus of the Institute of Hotel Management, Jaipur, Ayush is a seasoned hotelier, who has been in the hospitality industry for around seven years. In his new role, he will be responsible for optimizing the hotels revenue performance across all verticals.
On the appointment, Gorav Arora, General Manager, Novotel Mumbai Juhu Beach, said, “We are pleased to have Ayush spearhead our Revenue team. His expertise across markets within India and understanding of pricing, forecasting and channel delivery will help us drive targeted revenues in this crucial time. Ayush started his career with Hyatt Regency, New Delhi and has worked with Lemon Tree Hotels and Novotel Ahmedabad in his previous assignments. He was awarded ‘Best Revenue Person of the Year’ at the Hotelier India Awards (2018) when he was associated with Lemon Tree Premier, Delhi Aerocity.
In his spare time, he likes to play chess and go hiking.
