Alan Snyman appointed executive chef at Rotana hotels in Abu Dhabi

Holding a degree from Staffords Cookery School along with a BComm (with Law subjects) from Stellenbosch University in South Africa, Alan has more than 18 years in the culinary field and will lead the kitchen team at the hotel.

Having worked as Executive Chef at Towers Rotana Dubai for 3 years, Alan is not new to Rotana Group.

His previous assignments include the position of Executive Sous-Chef in well-known hotels in Dubai, South Africa, Saudi Arabia and Ireland.

In his new Role, Chef Alan will be responsible to oversee and develop the culinary direction for the Hotel’s acclaimed restaurants.
