Having an experience of more than two decades in rooms division, where Shelby will be seen spearheading our well established service standards and guest experience in the hotel. She brings an array of skills to the table and ensures stellar services in all aspects of guest experience, operations management and manpower planning. Started her career in housekeeping in 1993 with the Taj Group of Hotels in Kochi, Kerala and further continued with same brand for 13 more years. Further she has been associated with Marriott Group and InterContinental Hotel Group at different locations. Her last assignment prior joining with Crowne Plaza Kochi was with Casino Group of Hotels as Executive Housekeeper.
Shelby is passionate about travelling and exploring new destinations.
