Courtyard by Marriott Vadodara welcomes Executive Chef Amar Dwivedi on board

Courtyard by Marriott Vadodara is thrilled to announce the appointment of its Executive Chef – Chef Amar Dwivedi. In his new role, Chef Dwivedi will be responsible for supervising smooth operations of all the Food and Beverage outlets and culinary team management.

Having an experience of more than two decades in Food Production, his area of dominance is Awadhi, Mughlai and International Cuisine. Chef Dwivedi has been actively involved in Food and Beverage operations, strategy planning, customer relationship management and emerging food trends.

Chef Dwivedi was previously associated with Accor Hotels, his last assignment being with the Grand Mercure Gandhi Nagar Gift City as an Executive Chef. He has held key positions in the culinary teams, most notably at Accor Hotels such as Novotel Juhu Beach, Sofitel Mumbai BKC, JW Marriott Juhu Beach and Gipsy multi-cuisine restaurant in Russia.

He is an enthusiastic professional and is keen on introducing a state of the art food festival in Vadodara with exclusive culinary offerings that explore lost recipes. He firmly believes that the key to creating a memorable dining experience for the guests is by regularly interacting and connecting with them and by surprising them with unique food art. After a productive day at work, Chef Dwivedi likes to spend time exploring local street cuisines, keeping up to date with current affairs and spending time with loved ones.
