Shyam started his hospitality career in revenue & reservations in 2011 with the Taj Group of Hotels in Trivandrum, Kerala. In 2013 he moved to Hilton Garden Inn Trivandrum as part of Pre-Opening as Revenue & Reservation Manager, where he embarked on to his revenue management journey. Post that he supported revenue management functionalities at Al Khoory Hotels Dubai, Grand Excelsior Dubai, Gevora Hotel Dubai and Rotana Dubai. His last assignment prior joining with Crowne Plaza Kochi was with Hyatt Regency Ahmedabad as Revenue Manager.
He is passionate about travelling and playing cricket.
