Grand Hyatt Mumbai Hotel and Residences has appointed Nibu Mathew to take the role of Director of Food and Beverage.
Mathew began his career at the Oberoi Amarvilas, Agra post which he joined Le Meriden Jaipur. His journey across the industry has offered him great exposure and the opportunity to work with esteemed brands such as The Oberoi, Marriott and IHG Group.
During his career, Mathew been a part of teams who have pre-opened new food and beverage outlets as well as enhanced their reputation. His last stints have seen him deliver excellence at the Park Hyatt Hyderabad and St. Regis Mumbai in the role of Director of Food and Beverage.
With over 15 years of experience in hospitality, Mathew is committed to his role, and is looking at implementing a conceptual and innovative style of thinking to the current food and beverage segment at the hotel to orchestrate and deliver success.
