Christmas Brunch is the most adored celebration recreated by Four Seasons Hotel Bengaluru at Embassy ONE’s chefs with festive favourites, mulled wines and finishing on a high note with spiced desserts and plum cakes.
Brunch at the hotel’s restaurant, CUR8 will be a lively affair, with a slew of live counters, a fully stocked salad bar, pizza straight out of the oven and handcrafted pasta. The grills(meats and seafood) from the Spanish parillada style grill will lend an elevated feel as chefs busy themselves dishing out hot and crackling grilled delights a la minute. A music band outdoors will lend a festive touch and traditional Christmas tunes filling the air will make it a very special affair.
On the Carving Counter served Live there will be a Brown Sugar, Herb Roast Turkey, served with Stuffing, Glazed Chestnut with Maple Syrup, Braised Red Cabbage with Bay Leaf, Young Potato with Shallots, Braised Brussel Sprouts with Bacon, Giblet Gravy, of Mustard, Turkey Jus, Bread Sauce, an Xmas Roast Chicken served with Roast Vegetables, Herb Potatoes, Thyme Jus and an Xmas Honey Glazed Black Pepper Roasted Ham served with Glazed Rainbow Carrots.
Guests are recommended to leave room for dessert as there will be a glorious spread ranging from Strawberry Panna Cotta, Apple Pie, Salted Caramel Tartlets, English Fruit Trifle,Berry Mille-Feuille, Lemon Meringue Pie, Blueberry Frangipane Tart, Mango Pistachio Entremets, Baba Au Rum, Chocolate Swiss Roll, Berry Mascarpone Cake, Crème Catalana, Mocha Choux, Paris Brest, Pistachio Choux Bun, Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese and some traditional sweet treats like Chocolate Cherry Yule Log, Dundee Cake, Plum Cake. A Waffle, Crepes & Italian Gelato Live Station will also be one of the highlights.
