Kuda Villingili Resort Maldives has announced the appointment of Amjad Thaufeeg as their new Commercial Director starting this December 2021.
Amjad graduated with a Master’s in Business Administration from Anglia Ruskin University in the UK and has over 15 years of experience in the tourism industry. Prior to his new role at Kuda Villingili, he held the position of Director of Sales & Marketing at The Nautilus Maldives from April 2019 to December 2021.
He has also worked with international hotel brands such as Hilton, JA Resorts, Per AQUUM previously. Additionally, Amjad also played a key role in sales and marketing at several other luxury resorts in the Maldives including Miladhoo Island Maldives, Kanuhura Maldives, Huvafenfushi Maldives, Niyama, JA Manafaru and Conrad Maldives Rangali Island.
