Nestled amidst picturesque 4.25 acres, adjacent to the serene Malsi Forest and majestic Himalayan range, on the Dehradun-Mussoorie Road in Uttarakhand, Hyatt Regency Dehradun will be the first 5-star hotel in Dehradun and the largest luxury hotel in the state of Uttarakhand.
With 23 years of experience in the hospitality industry across Hyatt, Marriott & The Grand hotels in India and Muscat, Sujas is an industry veteran specializing in the Food & Beverage department. Sujas started his career at the Grand Hyatt Muscat as Food & Beverage Associate in 1998 and was promoted to Team Leader in 2003. He moved to JW Marriott Mumbai as a F&B Team Leader in 2004. Sujas joined Grand Hyatt Mumbai as F&B team leader in 2004 and received multiple promotions during his tenure of 11 years and achieved the position of Assistant Director of Food & Beverage and was part of two of Mumbai’s well know dining establishments; The Fifty -Five East and China House. Post his success as the Assistant Director of Food & Beverage, Sujas moved as to the Hyatt Regency as the Director of Food & Beverage in 2015 and then joined The Grand Delhi in the same capacity in 2020.
A passionate hotelier with wide-spread experience and an impeccable work ethic, Sujas, in his current role, is responsible for providing strategic leadership to the operations, maximizing the F&B revenues, introducing new F&B concepts & elevating the dining experience for guests, ensuring synergy between and maintaining the highest standards of guest service.
Apart from his passion for food & hospitality industry Sujas likes to sing, play chess, cricket and occasionally enjoys cooking for his family.
