Nileshwary is a Chartered Accountant (ICAI, 2012) and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Mohan Lal Sukhadia University. With over 13 years of experience across hospitality and the corporate sector, she has worked with respected organizations including R.K. Jha and Associates, Sarupria Somani & Associates, Flicker Projects – Foods & Hospitality, and Alka Group of Hotels (Hotel Lakend, Jaisamand Island Resort & Ginger by Taj).
Before joining Crowne Plaza Greater Noida, she served as Director of Finance at Ananta Hotels & Resorts, where she played a crucial role in strategic planning, financial governance, and operational optimisation.
