Crowne Plaza Greater Noida is pleased to announce the appointment of Arun Vats as Executive Chef, further strengthening the hotel’s culinary leadership with his exceptional global experience.

Chef Arun brings over 22 years of culinary expertise across India, the Middle East, and various international locations. A graduate of the Institute of Hotel Management, Gurdaspur, he began his career with ITC Hotels at ITC Sonar Bangla, Kolkata, and has since contributed to prestigious hospitality brands such as The Oberoi Hotels, Taj Group of Hotels, and Hard Rock International.

His international journey includes notable tenures with Carnival Cruise Lines (M/S Valor, Miami, USA) and Holland America Cruise Lines (M/S Westerdam), along with key culinary roles in Oman and Seychelles. Most recently, he served as Director of Culinary for Accor Group at Novotel Dona Sylvia Resort Goa and Mercure Devaaya Resort, Goa.

Chef Arun specializes in Indian, French, Italian, Thai, Brazilian, and Arabic cuisines, and brings a passion for innovation and global culinary trends to Crowne Plaza Greater Noida.
