Chef Pankaj has refined his craft through tenures with esteemed hotel brands including Radisson Blu, Sarovar Hotels, Fairfield by Marriott Goa, and most recently, Courtyard by Marriott Chennai. His professional journey reflects a steadfast commitment to excellence, creativity, and the artistry of Indian gastronomy.
In his new role, Chef Pankaj will collaborate closely with Executive Chef Feroz Patel to further elevate the hotel’s dining offerings. Renowned for his mastery in Indian curries, meticulous attention to detail, and flair for crafting distinctive flavors, he aims to bring an enhanced depth and diversity to the hotel’s culinary experience.
