Prior to this role, Abbas served as Director of Rooms at Media Rotana, Dubai, where she played a key role in elevating guest experiences, driving employee engagement, and leading major improvement initiatives that strengthened overall brand performance. Her exceptional leadership, strategic mindset, and operational expertise have earned her recognition within the region’s hospitality industry.
Abbas began her career as a Front Desk Manager, progressively advancing through key roles such as Assistant Director of Front Office, Director of Front Office, and Director of Rooms. Her deep understanding of hotel operations, combined with a results-driven approach, makes her a valuable addition to the leadership team at Amwaj Rotana.
