With nearly two decades of distinguished experience across world-renowned luxury hotels and cruise lines, Rupesh brings a wealth of expertise and refined craftsmanship to his new role. He holds the Introductory Sommelier Certificate from the Court of Master Sommeliers and the WSET Level 3 Award in Wines & Spirits, and is also recognized as a Nominated Educator by the Wines & Spirits Education Trust, London, for his outstanding contribution to wine education.
Rupesh’s deep understanding of global wines, coupled with his passion for creating curated and memorable wine experiences, will play a pivotal role in elevating the hotel’s wine and dine offerings. His expertise spans wine list development, costing, cellar management, and fine dining operations—ensuring each guest experience is defined by sophistication and excellence.
