Millennium Hotels and Resorts Middle East & Africa is delighted to announce the appointment of Reuben Tauro, MBA (HR), LEAN Six Sigma Green Belt, as Director of Human Resources – Shared Services.
With over a decade of experience in HR Shared Services, strategic operations, and people leadership, Reuben brings a wealth of cross-industry expertise spanning banking, manufacturing, and hospitality. Throughout his career, he has been recognized for building efficient, employee-centric HR frameworks that drive both operational excellence and organizational culture.
Reuben has previously been associated with the Jumeirah Group, where he played a key role in HR operations, and most recently with Jindal Films, where he successfully led strategic HR initiatives. He holds an MBA in Human Resources and is a certified LEAN Six Sigma Green Belt, reflecting his commitment to continuous improvement and process excellence. His outstanding contributions to the hospitality sector have also earned him the Employee of the Year award at a leading international hotel group.
In his new role, Reuben will be responsible for overseeing HR Shared Services across the MEA region, focusing on enhancing employee engagement, streamlining HR processes, and driving innovation in human capital management to support Millennium’s long-term strategic goals.
