The LaLiT Suri Hospitality Group is delighted to announce the appointment of Ms. Harmeet Kaur as General Manager – Corporate Marketing & Customer Experience.
With nearly 28 years of extensive experience in customer engagement, marketing strategy, and business transformation across leading organizations, Ms. Kaur brings a wealth of expertise and strategic vision to her new role. She holds an MBA in Marketing and has completed a Management Development Program from the prestigious IIM Ahmedabad.
Ms. Kaur began her career with Direm (now Direxions), where she built a strong foundation in loyalty and CRM. She later spent seven years with OgilvyOne Worldwide, partnering with renowned brands such as ITC Hotels, British Airways, and Benetton, delivering comprehensive 360° marketing strategies across ATL, BTL, digital, CRM, and loyalty platforms.
For over 18 years, Ms. Kaur was associated with DishTV India Ltd., most recently serving as Head – Customer Engagement (Retention & Usage) for brands including DishTV, D2H, Zing, and Watcho. She managed subscriber communications for a customer base exceeding 15 million, led major transformation initiatives, and designed emotionally intelligent customer journeys that reinforced a culture of customer-first excellence.
A recognized thought leader in her domain, Ms. Kaur has received several national and international accolades and has served as a speaker and jury member at prominent industry forums.
