With over 16 years of extensive experience in the hospitality industry, Dilwar brings a wealth of expertise and leadership, having worked with some of the country’s leading hotel brands, including Holiday Inn, The Suryaa New Delhi, and Country Inn & Suites by Carlson.

In his new role, Dilwar will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the hotel’s front office operations. His focus will be on driving innovation, enhancing guest satisfaction, and creating memorable experiences that reflect the brand’s commitment to excellence.

Dilwar’s journey in hospitality began at The Suryaa New Delhi, where he honed his skills in guest service, operations, and leadership. He later took on key managerial responsibilities at Country Inn & Suites by Carlson, Sahibabad, and subsequently rose through the ranks within the IHG Hotels & Resorts portfolio — serving as Assistant Front Office Manager and later Front Office Manager for over nine years across properties in the Delhi NCR region.

Throughout his career, Dilwar has been recognized for his operational acumen, ability to lead high-performing teams, and dedication to creating seamless guest experiences. His appointment marks another step forward in Crowne Plaza Today Gurugram’s ongoing mission to elevate guest engagement and service standards.
