Rosetta Hospitality is delighted to announce the appointment of Gayatri Dravid as Group Head – Corporate Communications and Marketing. With nearly two decades of distinguished experience in hospitality communications and brand strategy, Gayatri brings a deep understanding of integrated marketing, luxury positioning, and stakeholder engagement.
Throughout her career, she has led transformative campaigns and brand-building initiatives for some of India’s most renowned hospitality names. Gayatri played a pivotal role in the pre- and post-opening communications for The Leela Palace Udaipur and The Leela Palace New Delhi, where her strategic vision helped position the properties as icons of Indian luxury. She was also part of the pre-opening team at JW Marriott New Delhi Aerocity, directing PR and marketing communications that shaped one of the most anticipated hotel launches in the country.
Her expertise extends beyond India, with notable contributions to hotel launches across Southeast Asia. Gayatri also led the brand integration of The Fern Hotels and Resorts with the Series by Marriott brand in India, following its partnership with Marriott International earlier this year. Additionally, she helmed the press launch of ESPA in India, introducing the award-winning luxury spa brand to the market. These diverse experiences reflect her ability to blend creativity with operational precision — a quality that now defines her leadership at Rosetta Hospitality.
In her new capacity, Gayatri will spearhead the group’s marketing and communications mandate, overseeing brand storytelling, media relations, reputation management, and digital innovation. She will collaborate closely with the leadership team to strengthen Rosetta’s market presence and drive its next phase of growth as a brand synonymous with thoughtfully curated hospitality and contemporary luxury.
A graduate of Pune University, Gayatri is known for her ability to craft impactful narratives, nurture high-performing teams, and shape meaningful brand experiences across multiple platforms. Prior to joining Rosetta, she played a key role in orchestrating successful hotel launches, influencer engagement programs, and guest experience initiatives, earning recognition as a trusted strategic partner in the hospitality industry.
