Shangri-La Paris has named Nicolas De Gols as its new General Manager, bringing with him extensive international experience in the luxury hospitality sector. De Gols will be responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of the iconic Parisian palace.
A graduate of Lycée Hôtelier Paul Augier in Nice and holder of a Certificate in Hotel Asset Management from Cornell University, De Gols combines strong academic credentials with a dynamic career across prestigious properties in Paris and the United States. His past roles include leadership positions at the Four Seasons Hotel George V in Paris, Beverly Hills, and Seattle, as well as General Manager of the Royal Monceau.
He is particularly noted for his expertise in managing luxury operations and fine dining, having previously directed the Michelin-starred restaurants at George V and overseen food and beverage strategy for Accor Europe’s luxury portfolio.
