CG Developers Global Signs with Marriott International to Launch First JW Marriott Residences in Dubai

CG Developers, the real estate arm of multinational conglomerate CG Corp Global, has signed an agreement with Marriott International to introduce the first JW Marriott Residences in Dubai. The landmark signing also unveiled JW Marriott Residences at Dubai Islands, Central and the debut of the new CG Developers Global logo.

Founded in Nepal, the Chaudhary family has built CG Corp Global into the country’s first multi-billion-dollar multinational with a 100-year legacy. Established in 1995, CG Developers Global has delivered more than 2 million square feet of real estate valued at over $1 billion, setting new standards for ultra-luxury living across key markets.

The upcoming development will feature 115 ocean-view residences, blending CG Developers Global’s proven real-estate expertise with Marriott International’s renowned service. Homeowners will enjoy signature JW Marriott services, premium lifestyle privileges, and sophisticated architectural design.
