With 10 years of experience in aviation as a cabin crew member, 2 years in the hotel industry specializing in F&B service, and over 5 years in learning and development, she brings a unique blend of customer service expertise and training skills.
Ankita is a self-motivated professional with a passion for delivering exceptional service. She excels in fast-paced environments and is both a team player and a mentor. Her goal is to instill a service culture that aligns with the organization’s mission, vision, and goals, while empowering individuals to reach their full potential.
