With over two decades of experience in the hospitality industry, Gaurav brings with him a proven track record of operational excellence, people-first leadership, and an unwavering passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.
A Hotel Management graduate, Gaurav began his journey with Hyatt as a Guest Service Associate at Hyatt Regency Delhi. From these humble beginnings, he steadily built a career marked by dedication, growth, and an unshakeable commitment to hospitality. Over the years, he has held key leadership positions at Hyatt Regency Delhi and most recently served as Director of Operations at Grand Hyatt Gurgaon, where he played a pivotal role in redefining service standards, launching award-winning restaurants, and driving employee engagement.
What distinguishes Gaurav is his authentic leadership style—anchored in empathy, inclusivity, and empowerment. He believes in leading from the heart, creating environments where people feel valued, heard, and motivated to give their best every day.
