With over eight years of extensive experience in the hospitality industry, Sanika brings a wealth of operational expertise, leadership, and a proven commitment to guest service excellence to her new role.
Sanika began her professional journey in 2017 at The Westin Powai as a Guest Relations Associate. Demonstrating exceptional interpersonal skills and a strong drive for excellence, she quickly advanced through key roles including Front Desk Associate, Rooms Controller, and Front Office Executive.
In 2021, Sanika joined Grand Hyatt Mumbai as Front Office Team Leader. Her outstanding performance and ability to manage operations effectively earned her a promotion to Assistant Manager – Front Office. During this tenure, she showcased remarkable leadership and contributed significantly to enhancing the overall guest experience.
Sanika further advanced her career in December 2022 when she moved to Hyderabad Marriott & Courtyard by Marriott Hyderabad as Assistant Front Office Manager. There, she focused on improving operational efficiency, streamlining processes, and elevating guest satisfaction metrics, leaving a lasting impact on service standards at the property.
In February 2024, she assumed a leadership role at Four Points by Sheraton, Visakhapatnam, where she successfully led the front office team. Under her guidance, the hotel achieved notable improvements in guest satisfaction scores, while her focus on workflow optimization and personalized service delivery set new benchmarks for guest engagement.
Now stepping into her new role as Front Office Manager at Le Meridien Nagpur, Sanika is poised to leverage her diverse experience to deliver seamless guest experiences and maintain the highest standards of operational excellence. Her appointment reflects the hotel’s ongoing commitment to nurturing strong leadership and enhancing service delivery.
A graduate of Mumbai University with a degree in Hotel Management, Sanika has built a strong foundation for a successful career in the hospitality industry.
