Surat Marriott Hotel has announced the appointment of Chef Bishwajeet Kumar as its new Executive Chef. With more than 23 years of culinary leadership across hotel kitchens, air catering services, cruise liners, and large-scale catering operations, Chef Bishwajeet brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record in delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Throughout his career, Chef Bishwajeet has worked with some of the world’s most renowned hospitality brands, including Marriott International, IHCL, Hyatt, InterContinental Hotels Group, and The Orchid. His most recent role was with IHCL’s TajSats Air Catering in Goa, where he played a key part in designing diverse menus and ensuring operational excellence. His expertise lies in managing kitchen operations, curating innovative menus, and enhancing guest satisfaction through memorable dining experiences.

At Surat Marriott Hotel, Chef Bishwajeet will be responsible for overseeing the culinary operations across the property, including the hotel’s signature restaurants, banquets, and in-room dining. His focus will be on maintaining consistent food quality, driving operational efficiency, and creating exceptional experiences that reflect the Marriott brand’s commitment to excellence.
